The Golden Rules of SYM

Always have fun writing – write with your heart, write for yourself, write with a dear friend in mind.

Never fear the critic, criticism is your best friend; the only limitations we have are the limitations we put on ourselves.

No idea is ever too crazy; better to be absurd than boring.

Success is relative – to be able to have to have the freedom to explore and write what we wish; to me is considered successful.

“Be patient. Hang in there. Don’t give up. You will break through.” – Jack Canfield

You are responsible for your life. Take 100% responsibility. What you put in is what you get out.

Do not settle for less than what you want. You always have a choice; ask yourself, if I did know, what would it be? If I did care, what would I prefer? If it did matter, what would I rather do?

Always dream big dreams. Big dreams attract big people.
